Basalt Fiber Needled Mat

Basalt Fiber Needled Mat is manufactured from natural basalt fibers through high-temperature melting and chopping, then by needle-punching to form a three-dimensional network structure, with exceptional heat resistance (continuous service temperature up to 700°C), low thermal conductivity, superior sound absorption, as well as good chemical stability and corrosion resistance. Its uniform fiber distribution and high porosity make it ideal for high-temperature filtration, industrial insulation, and fireproof applications.
