02. Production process

The glass fiber production process is to grind and homogenize raw materials such as pyrophyllite, directly melt it in a high-temperature kiln, make glass liquid, and then draw it. The wire drawing machine is the key equipment for glass fiber forming, and it is a machine that draws the glass melt into silk. The molten glass flows down through the leakage plate, is drawn at a high speed by the wire drawing machine, and is wound and formed in a certain direction. After subsequent drying and winding, there is a very tough glass fiber product.

Disadvantages:

Glass fiber is fragile and has poor wear resistance.
